One of our first projects in Villa; The client's requirement was to expand the programming of the house for different uses.
Thus, the Studio proposed to generate a 2nd level and a semi-basement for social and relaxation areas. A staggering of volumes was proposed as the main idea, to better integrate into the existing context. Due to its proximity to the sea, neutral colors and a materiality resistant to the sea breeze were used.
