Parallel House is a project that does not seek the exacerbated prominence of forms, which understands that the simplicity and order of the geometry together with optimal functionality is enough to develop an architecture that meets the objectives set.
The requirement for this beach house called for programming for a large family and their guests in the summer seasons.
The studio zoned the project into 3 levels according to its importance: Basement (guest bedrooms and service area), First level (social area and master bedroom) and Terrace (BBQ area and pool).
This generated a continuous and linear volumetry that opens up and integrates into the courtyards generated, diluting the boundary between the interior and exterior.
The materiality and design parameters are aligned with the internal regulations of the condominium, achieving harmony with the environment but at the same time maintaining a particular personality.
