This multi-family building located in front of one of the largest green lungs in the city and designed for one of the most important real estate companies in the country; It sought to optimize the reduced area of the 370 m2 land as much as possible and thus seek the highest possible profitability.
Thus, thanks to the principle of adjacent, it was possible to reach the highest possible height for the property, despite the fact that according to the parameters they did not allow it, in order not to break with the urban profile of the zoning.
The program of this multifamily housing complex houses 38 apartments, 45 parking spaces, common areas on the 20th floor and a privileged view of the city.
The design was characterized by exhibiting and giving importance to the main structure of the building, with a marked rhythm and pure lines; relegating to the background the some formal elements, in order to stylize the architectural element.
