This house for a renowned designer of the medium, was a challenge due to the complex topography of the land. We are inclined to terrace the project so that it can be traveled to the highest level. As its name indicates, Casa Equilibrio uses a logic that is intentionally formally exposed between the main volumes, and the planes that support them, taking advantage of an unbeatable view of the city of Lima, from its heights.
The exposed concrete was chosen as the main material of the project, wooden floors in interiors, white stone in exterior floors and black metal carpentry in both screens and planters.
