In this residential complex, the aim was to create maximum comfort for the client in lots of 100 m2. For this residence, a large open main volume was generated that enclosed the private area, supported between the plates leaves a large free floor plan on the first and fourth floors (for the social area and terrace), and a separate vertical circulation as a support element. Orthogonal geometries, pure shapes and a simple language prevail in this project.
